On 30 May 2016, H.E. Chea Serey, founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, has attended a Medical Education Center Dedication Ceremony of Hebron Medical Center which is presided by H.E. Mam Bunheng, the minister of Ministry of Health and Dr. Kim Woo Jung, the director of Hebron Medical Center. H.E. has also donated $2,000 to Hebron Medical Center for supporting the Cambodian children treatment.
