On Wednesday afternoon, 14th December 2016, H.E. Chea Serey, founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, participated in Thanksgiving ceremony for 100th heart surgery at Hebron Medical Center which is sponsored by the Raksa Koma Foundation permanently. Furthermore, H.E. has funded the families who received heart surgery some money to facilitate for food and traveling and H.E. deeply appreciates the center’s love and sacrifice toward these needy Cambodian children. She does hope and pray that the seeds sawed in the hearts of these children by Hebron Medical Center today would sprout and grow. Someday, they themselves can pay back what they receive today to other needy people not only in Cambodia but also in other parts of the world.
