In order to encourage the children with Autism and Down syndrome, Raksa Koma Foundation sponsored 100 T-shirts to Autism and Down syndrome Day, under the theme “Strengthening the Empowerment of Women and Girls with Autism and Down syndrome”, which was celebrated by Ministry of Social Affairs and some NGOs on April 06, 2018 at the Gold Sport in Phnom Penh.
