Raksa Koma Foundation donated to Operation Smile Cambodia for their surgical mission in the province. OSC is an organization that provides free plastic surgery for cleft and burn children in Cambodia. Its newly opened Smile Center in the Russian Friendship Hospital will aim to provide other non surgical services to cleft and burn children such as speech therapy, orthodontistry, audiology, etc.
