On October 18, 2018, Lok Chumteav Chea Serey, the founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, has sponsored the ENT Screening Day for orphans and children living with HIV / AIDS in Phnom Penh Thmey Orphanage. With this event, the children will receive ear, nose and throat examinations and treatment by specialists from HOPE.
