On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, Her Excellency Chea Serey, Founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, donated food items as well as books for adults and children to the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) for use in Covid relief.
This donation is a collective effort and came from the generous hearts of His Excellency Chea Chanto, Governor General of the National Bank of Cambodia and Her Excellency Khieu Sina, Her Excellency Chea Serey, many National Bank of Cambodia officials of all levels as well as contribution of books on personal development from Scholar Book and writer Su Savoeun.
All in all there was:
- 200 bags of rice (15 kg each)
- 200 packs of fish sauce and soy sauce (each pack contains 3 bottles of fish sauce and 3 bottles of soy sauce)
- 200 packs of noodles and canned fish (each pack contains 10 packets of noodles and 10 cans of fish)
- 200 cases of pure drinking water
- 250 assorted relief packs for men (each pack contains 2 big packs of noodle, 1 pack of canned fish, 4 soaps and 1 toothpaste)
- 450 assorted relief packs for women (each pack contains 1 big pack of noodle, 1 pack of canned fish, 1 bottle of body wash, 1 toothbrush and 1 female sanitary pad)
- 1,000 classic novels
- 200 books on personal development
- and 300 packs of children’s books and coloring sets
