On May 15th, 2021, Raksa Koma Foundation staff delivered to Hebron Medical Center a check for $4,000.00 which was kindly donated by Her Excellency Chea Serey as part of Raksa Koma Foundation’s annual donation to the non-profit organization.
Established since 2007, Hebron Medical Center (HMC) has provided medical assistance to tens of thousands of underprivileged Cambodian citizens. Annually, HMC provides more than 50,000 free medical treatments and thousands of surgeries. As part of its activities, HMC also operated a nursing school and initiated a residency training program in order to help develop local medical professionals.
