Thank you for supporting Raksa Koma Organization. These terms apply to donations made on rko.vitsolutions.asia.
Your donation
- Donations can be made in US dollars or Cambodian riel by Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB or KHQR through ABA Bank PayWay, and where offered through PayPal. The amount you choose is the amount charged; we add no fees. Your bank may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
- Card details are entered only on ABA Bank’s or PayPal’s secure pages. We never see or store card numbers.
- A donation is complete when the bank confirms the payment. You then receive a certificate of appreciation by email (and on screen), which anyone can verify on our website.
How donations are used Donations support our work for children and families in Cambodia — our two programmes, health care and education — and the costs of running them responsibly. Unless you agree a specific purpose with us in writing, we use your gift where the need is greatest. We publish summary reports on our Reports page.
Certificates and receipts The certificate of appreciation confirms your gift. It is not an official tax receipt; tax relief depends on the laws of your country. If you need a formal receipt, write to info@raksakoma.org with your certificate number.
Refunds
- If you donated by mistake, gave the wrong amount, or were charged twice, contact us within 14 days at info@raksakoma.org with the date, amount and certificate number or bank reference. We will refund the payment to the same card or account.
- After 14 days, or once funds have been committed to a programme, refunds are at our discretion.
- Refunds are made through ABA Bank or PayPal and can take up to 14 working days to appear, depending on your bank. The certificate for a refunded donation is withdrawn.
- If you dispute a payment with your bank, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster.
Fraud and misuse We may decline or refund payments that look fraudulent, and we cooperate with banks and authorities to stop the misuse of payment cards.
Privacy We handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy (https://rko.vitsolutions.asia/privacy-policy/). You may ask us to keep your name private.

ការបរិច្ចាគរបស់លោកអ្នក
- លោកអ្នកអាចបរិច្ចាគជាដុល្លារអាមេរិក ឬប្រាក់រៀល តាមរយៈកាត Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB ឬ KHQR តាម ABA PayWay និងតាម PayPal (ប្រសិនបើមាន)។ ចំនួនដែលលោកអ្នកជ្រើសរើស គឺជាចំនួនដែលត្រូវកាត់ យើងមិនបន្ថែមថ្លៃសេវាឡើយ។ ធនាគាររបស់លោកអ្នកអាចគិតថ្លៃសេវា ឬអត្រាប្តូរប្រាក់របស់ខ្លួន។

ការសងប្រាក់វិញ
- ប្រសិនបើលោកអ្នកបរិច្ចាគដោយច្រឡំ បញ្ចូលចំនួនខុស ឬត្រូវបានកាត់ប្រាក់ពីរដង សូមទាក់ទងយើងក្នុងរយៈពេល 14 ថ្ងៃ តាម info@raksakoma.org ដោយបញ្ជាក់កាលបរិច្ឆេទ ចំនួនទឹកប្រាក់ និងលេខវិញ្ញាបនបត្រ ឬលេខយោងធនាគារ។ យើងនឹងសងប្រាក់ចូលកាត ឬគណនីដដែលវិញ។
- ក្រោយ 14 ថ្ងៃ ឬនៅពេលប្រាក់ត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីរួចហើយ ការសងប្រាក់វិញស្ថិតក្រោមការសម្រេចរបស់យើង។
