Our History

Raksa Koma Organization (“RKO”) was originally established in December 2013 under the name Raksa Koma Foundation (“RKO”). It was co-founded by Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey as Chairperson and Her Excellency Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi as Deputy Chairperson. In October 2023, the Ministry of Interior officially approved the organization’s name change from RKO to RKO.

Who We Are
 
RKO is a legally registered non-profit organization in the Kingdom of Cambodia. We collaborate closely with the government, partner organizations, local communities, and key stakeholders to drive charitable and philanthropic initiatives. Our core focus is empowering underprivileged Cambodian children, ensuring they receive the same opportunities as everyone else to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
