មូលនិធិរក្សាកុមារ និងអង្គការ ធី ភី អូ (TPO) កំពុងតែសហការគ្នាធ្វើកម្មវិធី Unchained Operation ដើម្បីព្យាបាលអ្នកជំងឺផ្លូវចិត្ត ដែលត្រូវបានក្រុមគ្រួសារឃុំឃាំងនៅក្នុងផ្ទះដោយការចាប់ចងនឹងច្រវាក់ ហើយពួកយើងត្រូវការការបរិច្ចាគពីលោកអ្នកដើម្បីជួយពួកគាត់អោយបានជាសះស្បើយពីជំងឺ និងរួចផុតពីការចាប់ចងដោយច្រវាក់។
សូមជម្រាបថា រាល់ការបរិច្ចាគរបស់លោកអ្នកនឹងត្រូវបានយកទៅប្រើប្រាស់សម្រាប់ ៖
១. បង្កើតកម្មវិធីអប់រំជូនដល់គ្រួសាររបស់អ្នកជំងឺ និងសហគមន៍ដើម្បីអោយយល់ច្បាស់ពីជំងឺផ្លូវចិត្ត។
២. ព្យាបាលអ្នកជំងឺផ្លូវចិត្តអោយបានទាន់ពេលវេលា ដោយអង្គការ ធី ភី អូ (TPO) រហូតដល់ពួកគាត់ជាសះស្បើយពីជំងឺ និងអាចរស់នៅបានដោយពុំមានការចាប់ចង។
