ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៩ កក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២១៖ ដោយមើលឃើញផលប៉ះពាល់ពីជំងឺរាតត្បាតកូវីដ១៩ លើវិស័យអប់រំ លោកជំទាវ ជា សិរី Serey Chea ស្ថាបនិកមូលនិធិរក្សាកុមារ បានផ្តួចផ្តើមអោយមានការបរិច្ចាគឧបករណ៍ថេប្លិត (Tablets) ចំនួន ៤០ គ្រឿង ជូនទៅដល់អង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំនួនបួន ដែលធ្វើការពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសកម្មភាពអប់រំ សំដៅរួមចំណែកសម្រួលការលំបាករបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស ជាពិសេសសិស្សដែលមានជីវភាពខ្វះខាត មិនអាចរៀនពីចម្ងាយបាន។
អង្គការទាំងបួនដែលទទួលបានការឧបត្ថម្ភនេះ រួមមាន អង្គការលើកស្ទួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ People Improvement Organization (PIO) អង្គការក្តីសង្ឃឹមថ្មីនៅកម្ពុជា New Hope Cambodia អង្គការ PSE – Pour un Sourire d'Enfant – Cambodia និងអង្គការគ្រួសារថ្មី Krousar Thmey Foundation ។ អង្គការនីមួយៗ មានសិស្សក្នុងបន្ទុកពី ៣០០ ឡើងដល់ ៦៥០០ នាក់ ដែលត្រូវការការគាំទ្រ ដូច្នេះ ថេប្លិតចំនួន ១០គ្រឿង សម្រាប់អង្គការនីមួយៗនេះ គ្រាន់តែជាការរួមចំណែកមួយផ្នែកតូច និងជាជំហានទីមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ យើងសង្ឃឹមថា តាមរយៈជំនួយពីសប្បុរសជនក្នុងនិងក្រៅប្រទេស យើងអាចរួមគ្នាជួយពួកគាត់បានច្រើនជាងនេះនាពេលអនាគត។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា អង្គការក្តីសង្ឃឹមថ្មីនៅកម្ពុជា មានទីតាំងនៅសៀមរាប និងមិនអាចមកទទួលឧបករណ៍ថេប្លិតនាពេលនេះទេ ដោយសារការរាំងខ្ទប់ការធ្វើដំណើរឆ្លងខេត្ត។ អង្គការនឹងទទួលបានឧបករណ៍របស់គាត់នៅពេលអនាគតខាងមុខ។

Thursday, July 29, 2021: Seeing the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on education, Her Excellency Chea Serey, Founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, gave order for the donation of 40 Huawei tablets to 4 local NGOs working in education sector. She hopes the donation today will help resolve some of the difficulties faced by students, particularly the underprivileged students studying in NGO schools like the ones being donated to today.
The four recipient organizations are People Improvement Organization (PIO), New Hope Cambodia, POUR UN SOURIRE D'ENFANT (PSE) and Krousar Thmey Foundation. Some of the organizations are supporting a few hundred students and some up to 6,500 students, so an intake of 10 tablets per organization is but “a drop in the ocean” and the first step only. We hope that through the support of local and international actors, more can be done to help these organizations in need in the near future.
It may be worth noting that New Hope Cambodia, a recipient NGO located in Siem Reap, was not able to come for the handover today due to a new restriction on cross-provincial travel. The NGO will get their tablets at a later date when the situation improves.
